We had such a lot of fun!

I flew back to the UK primarily to see my lovely family but whilst there took the opportunity to cause a bit of fun at Downend Library, near Bristol (the city where the HEN PARTY starts).

It was more like a party than a book evening … I organised tapas and sangria and my lovely audience (almost 30 strong) were even treated to a bit of music (courtesy of my iPhone and some rather powerful speakers). Had we all started dancing around the book shelves it wouldn’t have surprised me.

Much laughter, much fun – and I could really feel Bern (the main character of the Hen Party) sitting on my shoulder enjoying herself as only she knows how!
